RR 100% 4 days sober Well, didn't manage to update this, this morning. I forgot to do it the first thing after getting up and then didn't have time before I had to leave for work. Will endevour to make it the first thing I do when I step out of bed tomorrow morning. Nevertheless, it's been another sober day. As far as days at work go today was actually pretty good. I was productive and managed to have a laugh. The weather was awful today so it was good that I've managed to stay in quite a good mood. Watched a travel documentary on youtube in the evening and that gave me some good hope as I'd like to live a life of leisure in another country someday when I can afford to retire. Going to a 12 step meeting tomorrow night. |
